Double rotary machines cut with two rotating knives that shear the web like scissors - higher precision, cleaner edges, and the platform that accepts automation. Servo driven machines cut with one rotating knife against a fixed lower knife - a simpler, less expensive mechanism that handles standard production reliably. Start there, then narrow by output, floor space and automation.

Double Rotary Paper Sheeting Machines

Built for high-precision, high-efficiency paper sheeting. Two rotary cutting knives shear the web rather than chopping it, which lowers cutting load, produces clean burr-free edges and extends blade life - sheets can go straight to the press without edge trimming. Non-Stop Double Rotary Sheeter

Best for continuous production with minimal manual handling.
 The HSC-SS runs from roll to finished stack without planned stops.
 The automatic splicer joins the next roll without re-threading
 Slitting knives auto-position resets the knives for the next order in minutes;
 Stack auto-flow with non-stop delivery unloads a completed stack while collection continues underneath;
 And a pallet feeder keeps empty pallets coming. Fewer interruptions, less manual work, shorter changeovers.

EXC High-Speed Short-

Sheet Double Rotary Sheeter

Best for maximizing output on short cutting lengths.
 The EXC is built to get more sheets per minute out of short cutting lengths - up to 450 cuts/min in the 450-650 mm range, a 35% to 68% increase over the standard version.
 A full-width mesh belt carries sheets without edge impact or pressing-wheel marks, infrared size auto-adjustment resets the line from one size entry, and the stack scale and height measurement system reads stack weight and height continuously.
 An energy storage cabinet holds current draw to 10-15 A under full load, against 60 A without.

HSC-S High-Precision Double Rotary Paper Sheeter

Best for balanced precision, sheet quality and production efficiency.
 The HSC-S is the proven platform of the double rotary range, in service with paper mills, converters and printing operations.
 German precision bearings and low-backlash gearing run quietly and last roughly twice as long as conventional designs.
 Upstream, a de-curler flattens the web and the EPC system corrects lateral deviation in real time; downstream, staged transport separates the sheets and slows them into the stack without surface marks. An energy storage tank cuts electricity consumption by around 30%.

Servo Driven Paper Sheeting Machines

A rotating upper knife shears against a fixed lower knife - a simpler mechanism than double rotary cutting, and a less expensive one.
Servo positioning, touchscreen operation and durable cutting components deliver consistent output for standard production. Available with multiple unwind stands for lighter papers and higher volume, or in a compact single-unwind layout where floor space is the constraint.

HSC-B Servo Driven High-Precision Paper Sheeter

Best for reliable, cost-conscious roll-to-sheet production.
HSC-B servo-driven multi-roll paper sheeter •The HSC-B is the multi-roll model in the servo driven range.

•A rotating upper knife shears against a fixed lower knife, and the cutter roll is dynamically balanced to keep vibration and noise low at speed.

•Two, four or six unwind stands: more webs mean lighter papers can be run, down to 30 g/m².

•The two-speed conveyor separates the sheets, overlaps them and delivers them to the stacking section.
 
•For higher cutting frequency, the HSC-D adds a nodular cast iron body and reaches 400 cuts/min.

HSCJ-B Compact Single-Unwind Paper Sheeter

Best for factories with limited production floor space.
HSCJ-B compact single-unwind paper sheeter •The HSCJ-B does what the HSC-B does, on a single-unwind frame - the unwind section is where the floor space goes.

•Same cutting system, same controls, same automatic collection with three-side squaring, same motor-driven de-curler that makes board up to 500 g/m² practical.

•One roll instead of several, so the paper range is 50–550 g/m².
 
•For higher cutting frequency, the HSCJ-D adds a nodular cast iron body and reaches 400 cuts/min.

  • What is a paper sheeting machine?

    It unwinds paper from a roll, controls and aligns the web, slits it to width where required, cuts it to a set length and delivers the finished sheets to a stack.

  • Should I choose a double rotary or servo-driven paper sheeter?

    Double rotary when precision, edge quality or automation is the priority - ±0.15 mm, and the platform accepts the full set of automation systems. Servo driven when you need reliable, economical production or a compact layout - ±0.3 mm, with two options available. Your paper and output target settle it.

  • What paper weights can HAOSHENG machines process?

    The double rotary models run 80–1,000 g/m². The single-knife models run 50–550 g/m², extending down to 30 g/m² with four or six unwind stands. Material structure and coating also need checking, so send us the specification or a sample.

  • What cutting accuracy is available?

    ±0.15 mm on the HSC-SS, EXC and HSC-S. ±0.3 mm on the HSC-B and HSCJ-B. Actual results depend on paper, configuration and stable operating conditions.

  • Which model is best for short cutting lengths?

    The EXC. In the 450–650 mm range it reaches up to 450 cuts/min - 35% to 68% more than the standard version.

  • Can a sheeting line run without stopping to remove stacks?

    The HSC-SS is designed around non-stop production, combining automatic splicer slitting knives auto-position, stack auto-flow with non-stop delivery, pallets pusher.

  • What information is needed for a quotation?

    Up to 350 cuts/min on the HSC-B and HSCJ-B, or 400 cuts/min on the cast iron HSC-D and HSCJ-D. Line speed is capped at 300 m/min on all four, so above roughly 857 mm cutting length the line speed is what limits you, not the cut rate.
