We are set up to support our machines for that long - the same engineers from specification through installation.
01
Before You Order
Tell us your paper, your rolls and your finished sheet, and a sales engineer will put together a configuration and a quotation. If a simpler model fits your production better, we will tell you that too.
02
Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers install the machine at your plant, commission it to your production settings, and train your operators before handover. You receive operating procedures and maintenance manuals in English.
03
Remote Support
Book an online session with our engineers and work through the fault together on the machine. For remote control problems, we read the PLC, diagnose and update the program.
04
On-Site Support
Thirty service engineers work on our machines and nothing else. Several hold valid U.S. visas and travel at short notice. In South America we staff our own service base; in Southeast Asia we work with local service partners we have used for years.
Our engineers also come back after commissioning - a scheduled visit to check wear and cutting quality while the machine is still under warranty.
05
Warranty
Every machine carries a one-year warranty, starting from commissioning and your acceptance of the line. Within that year, parts that fail through defects in material or workmanship are replaced free of charge.
Cover beyond the first year can be arranged. Tell us how the machine is running and we will work out what makes sense for your operation.
06
Spare Parts
Every machine ships with a spare parts kit and a tool box. After the warranty year, parts and freight are charged at cost.
Knife shafts and other critical parts are machined and balanced in our own plant, so a replacement is made here rather than ordered in and queued behind someone else's job.
Most parts for older models can still be supplied, or made again from the original drawings. If you are running a machine we no longer build, send us the serial number and we will tell you what we can still make for it.
07
Training
We train your operators in Chinese and English, online or at our factory in Ruian. Refresher training is available when your team changes.
Zhejiang Haosheng has built roll-to-sheet cutting machines since 2001. We hold over 180 national patents and export to more than 80 countries.
