Since 2001, Haosheng has developed one kind of machine: the paper sheeter. We design it, machine the critical parts ourselves, and write the control software in house.
We built China's first European-style double rotary sheeter, and later the first fully intelligent one. Both are still in production and still selling today. In 2019 we added inline inkjet coding to a double rotary sheeter for the first time, for customers who need every sheet traceable.
We hold over 180 national patents.

Manufacturing
The parts that decide how a sheeter cuts are made in our own plant.
The knife shafts are turned and milled on a Mazak INTEGREX mill-turn centre in a single setup, then dynamically balanced on a Schenck balancing machine - the same roller, the same reference, no transfer error between machines.
Frames and side walls are machined on a Nicolás Correa gantry mill and ground flat on a surface grinder before assembly, which is what keeps the knife stable once the line is running at speed.
Six Mazak machining centres, five CNC lathes, a fibre laser cutter and a press brake. We buy our machine tools from Mazak, Nicolás Correa and Schenck; what we make on them is ours.
This also shows up after the sale. Some replacements machined here, the same drawing as the one in your machine - you are not waiting on an outside supplier to schedule it.
Service
Our machines run in paper mills, converting plants and printing houses across the Americas, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Thirty service engineers work on our machines and nothing else. Several hold valid U.S. visas and travel at short notice. Most faults are cleared remotely over VPN; when a machine needs hands on it, we come.
In South America we staff our own service base. In Southeast Asia we work with local service partners we have used for years.
Our machines are certified to ISO 9001, CE and CSA. In China we also hold the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" mark and National High-Tech Enterprise status - both are government programmes with audited technical and R&D requirements.
Zhejiang Haosheng has built roll-to-sheet cutting machines since 2001. We hold over 180 national patents and export to more than 80 countries.
