Configure Changeovers, Sheet Quality, Stack Handling And Traceability Around Your Production
Nine optional systems, each solving one defined production problem
Configure My Paper Sheeter >
Every option on this page exists because a customer had a problem the base machine could not solve on its own - rolls that ran out too often, cutting size that took too long to change, dust that showed up in print, stacks that had to be moved by hand. Pick the ones that match what is actually slowing your line down.

PAPER SHEETING MACHINE OPTIONS

Which Production Bottleneck Should The Option Solve?

Start from what is costing you time, labour, quality or data

Frequent roll changes point to an automatic splicer. Repeated cutting size changes point to slitting knives auto-position or infrared size auto-adjustment. Dust-sensitive printing points to a dedusting roller. High-volume stacking points to stack measurement, pallet movement and non-stop delivery. Packaging that carries variable data or traceability codes points to an inkjet platform.

What Are Paper Sheeting Machine Options?

Modular systems added to the sheeter to automate a task, control a process or connect downstream handling

Options are functions beyond the base machine. Some remove a manual step - splicing rolls, positioning slitting knives, feeding pallets. Some control a process the operator cannot watch continuously - web alignment, dust removal, colour-mark tracking, stack height. Some connect the sheeter to what happens next, whether that is a pallet truck or a traceability database. Which combination makes sense depends on your machine, your paper, your job mix, your output target and your floor space.

Choose Options By Production Objective

Double Rotary Only

Automatic Splicer For Continuous Roll Feeding

Twin-head automatic splicing for continuous web supply

The twin-head splicer runs on a Taiwan-made control system and joins the next roll to the running web automatically. The line does not stop, and the web does not have to be re-threaded - which is where most of the time in a manual roll change actually goes.

When it pays off: High-speed lines running large-volume orders, where rolls are changed often and every stop costs output. On a line changing rolls several times a shift, the recovered time is substantial.
Double Rotary Only

Slitting Knives Auto-Position For Rapid Size Changeovers

APS-L high-precision positioning with manipulator-based litting knife changes

The APS-L system positions the slitting and trimming knives automatically for high-precision slitting. A manipulator moves the knives to the next order's layout intelligently, accurately and rapidly, so a width change no longer means an operator working along the knife shaft with a rule.
When it pays off: Factories running custom sheet sizes or a wide product mix, where slitting layouts change frequently. The more often you change width, the faster this returns the investment.
Double Rotary Only

Infrared Size Auto-Adjustment For Faster Job Setup

One size entry on the touchscreen, the whole line follows

The operator enters the size on the touchscreen. The system aligns the front and rear paper rolls, which prevents the looseness and wrinkling that misalignment causes, and adjusts the conveyor pressing devices and the delivery jogging plates to match. It is fully servo-controlled, works with the order auto-changing system, and supports EPC and LPC line tracking.
When it pays off: Short-run jobs and multi-product lines where cutting sizes change several times a day. Setup time drops, and so do the trial sheets that go in the bin after every change.
Double Rotary Only

Stack Scale & Height Measurement System

Real-time stack weight and laser height measurement

A scale mounted on the lifting platform displays stack weight in real time for recording. Its four-horizontal and four-vertical structure, built on German technology, keeps the reading accurate. A laser rangefinder measures stack height from the reflected signal.

When it pays off: High-volume printing and converting lines where stack weight and height feed into downstream processes, order records or shipping documents. If someone is currently weighing stacks separately, this removes that step.
All Models

Color Code Sensor For Printed-Mark Tracking

SICK high-precision detector, ±5 mm tolerance

The sensor is a high-precision detector from SICK, Germany. It distinguishes very fine colour differences and tracks the printed mark with a tolerance of ±5 mm, so cutting and process control can be referenced to the mark.

When it pays off: Pre-printed webs and register-critical converting. Without mark tracking, print drift accumulates down the roll and the finished sheets go out of register.

Dedusting Rollers For Cleaner Paper Surfaces

High-viscosity roller at the EPC frame, washable and reusable

The dedusting roller sits at the EPC frame and removes dust and loose particles from the parent roll before the web reaches the knives, so the finished sheets come off the line clean. The roller washes clean with water and goes straight back into service - no consumables to replace. Service life is approximately one year.
When it pays off: Food packaging, pharmaceutical leaflets and high-end commercial printing, where dust on the sheet surface shows up in the print or interferes with lamination and coating downstream. Paper that has been stored a while, or shipped uncovered, carries more of it than most people expect.
Double Rotary Only

Empty-Pallet

Supply

HAOSHENG-developed lateral pusher with servo-driven pushrod

A servo motor drives a lateral pushrod that moves empty pallets in from the side and positions them for the next stack. The delivery section always has a pallet waiting, so collection does not pause while someone fetches one.

When it pays off: lines where operators place empty pallets by hand and the delivery section stalls waiting for them. On high-output lines this is often the last manual step holding up an otherwise automated collection process.
Double Rotary Only

Stack Auto-Flow With Non-Stop Delivery

Modular tray-chain conveying and patented insertion-plate stack removal

The material-flow system moves finished stacks on five rows of straight chain conveyor, driven by built-in servo motors and running in an ultra-low, straight-line position. The design is modular and reversible, adjusts easily, and is effectively maintenance-free. Non-stop delivery is HAOSHENG's own patented system. When a stack reaches its set height, plate holds the incoming sheets while the completed stack below. The stack is lowered to the collecting platform and carried out, and sheet collection never pauses.
When it pays off: High-output paper mills and packaging converters where stopping to remove a stack is the main interruption left in the shift.

Inkjet Platform For Coding, Inspection And Data Management

An integrated system developed for packaging-industry traceability requirements

The platform combines dedusting, high-speed inkjet coding, intelligent positioning, energy-saving LED curing, image detection, data management, high-speed waste removal, typesetting software and printing software. It codes each sheet, verifies what was printed, records the result and removes anything that fails - inside the sheeting workflow rather than as a separate downstream operation.
When it pays off: Packaging for regulated industries - food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics - where variable data, traceability codes or serialisation are required.

Five Questions To Ask

Before Adding Equipment

If one of them describes your line
Hangeover - How often do you change rolls, widths or orders?
 Labour - Which manual step limits output or tires the operator out by the end of the shift?
 Quality - Are dust, misalignment, surface marks or colour register causing waste you can measure?
 Material Flow - Does removing a finished stack stop production?
 Traceability - Does each sheet or package have to carry variable data that gets inspected and recorded?

From Production Requirement To Integrated Option Package

Where These Machines Work

Paper Mills, Commercial Printing And Packaging Conversion
Three industries account for most of the sheeting lines we build. The machine is broadly the same in each; what changes is which properties matter most - throughput in a paper mill, dimensional accuracy in printing, surface protection and traceability in packaging. The sections below describe what each one typically needs, and which options tend to follow.

Option Engineering Backed By Paper Sheeter Experience

We configure the complete line, not a list of accessories

Founded in 2001, Zhejiang Haosheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. designs and builds paper sheeting machines and complete roll-to-sheet lines. We bring mechanical design, automation, software and application engineering together so that the base machine and its options work as one line rather than as parts bolted onto each other.
We provide field installation, a one-year warranty, remote diagnosis and video guidance.
 Our engineers hold valid U.S. visas and we run our own service base in South America, so on-site support does not wait on paperwork.
 Destination, commissioning, training, spare-parts and after-sales terms are confirmed in the quotation.
