After-Sales Service
• We diagnose the PLC remotely so most faults are cleared without anyone leaving your plant. • Replacement parts are machined in-house on our own CNC machining centre - you are not waiting on an outside supplier. • When a fault needs hands on the machine, our engineers travel to you: several hold valid U.S. visas, and we staff our own service base in South America.
Training & Upgrades
We train your operators in Chinese and English, online or at our factory in Ruian.
