Paper Sheeting Machine?

A fully automated double rotary sheeting line that keeps producing from roll handling through to finished-stack delivery.

The HSC-SS is a double rotary sheeter with five automation systems layered onto it. The automatic splicer joins the next roll without stopping the web, so there is no re-threading between rolls. Slitting knives auto-position resets the slitting knives for the next order in minutes. The pallet feeder separates stacked empty pallets and feeds them one at a time to the positioning station. Stack auto-flow carries finished stacks out along the line, and non-stop delivery uses patented insertion plates to unload a completed stack while a new stack continues.

The twin-head splicer runs on a Taiwan-made control system and splices base paper from 80 to 400 g/m² automatically. It joins the new roll to the running web at speed, so the line neither stops nor needs re-threading. The design is built for flexibility and long service life.

Non-Stop Delivery

Finished stacks off the line, collection uninterrupted

Developed in-house and covered by HAOSHENG's own intellectual property, the non-stop collection system combines a short insert plate, a long insert plate and a friction belt. When a stack reaches its set height, an insert plate holds the incoming sheets. The completed stack is lowered to the collecting platform for the operator or automatic handling equipment to remove, and collection never pauses.

Stack Auto-Flow

Five-row chain conveyor, ultra-low profile, maintenance-free

The tray-chain conveyor moves stacks along five rows of straight chain, driven by servo motors and running in an ultra-low, straight-line position. The modular design keeps the layout flexible and standardised. Photoelectric switches are hidden inside the structure, which prevents damage to both the sensors and the board being carried. Servo motors are built in, run in both directions, adjust easily, and are effectively maintenance-free.

Pallet Feeder

Empty pallets separated and fed one at a time

The pallet feeder handles wooden, plastic and steel pallets. It separates empty pallets stacked on the conveyor line and feeds them one by one to the positioning station; once a set has been processed, the next set is conveyed automatically.

The main machine wall is cast in high-quality ductile iron and developed through finite element and mechanical vibration analysis, which removes resonance between transmission components and extends bearing life. Rotary sheeter grooves are machined on imported machining centres. German precision bearings and cutting knives hold accuracy under load, and the gearbox uses low-backlash gearing - quieter in mesh and roughly twice the service life of a conventional gearbox. Component brands, safety devices and the standard-versus-optional scope are set out in the signed technical agreement.
