-
Q Can every option be fitted to every machine?
A No. All nine fit the double rotary models - HSC-S, EXC and HSC-SS. Single-knife machines take two: the Color Code Sensor and the Dedusting Roller.
-
Q What paper range does the automatic splicer handle?
A Base paper from 80 to 400 g/m².
-
Q Can the line remove finished stacks without stopping?
A Yes, with stack auto-flow and non-stop delivery. The plates hold the incoming sheets while the completed stack below, so collection continues while the stack is carried out.
-
Q What does infrared size auto-adjustment adjust?
A Three things, from one entry on the touchscreen: the unwinding paper rolls alignment, the conveyor pressing devices, and the delivery jogging plates. It is servo-controlled and supports EPC and LPC line tracking.
-
Q Which options are already standard rather than optional?
A It depends on the model. The EXC includes infrared size auto-adjustment and the stack scale and height measurement system as standard; the HSC-SS includes five automation systems. Tell us your model and we will confirm what is already included before quoting anything extra.
-
Q What do you need to quote an option package?
A Your base machine, paper specification, roll data, finished size, speed, job-change frequency, stack and pallet details, factory layout, power and air supply, required automation, software interfaces and destination.
-
Q How much floor space does the HSCJ-B save?
A The saving is in the unwind section: one roll position instead of two or more. Web guiding, slitting, servo cutting, automatic collection and touchscreen control are all the same as on the standard machine. Send us your floor dimensions and we will confirm the layout fits.
-
Q What is the difference between HSCJ-B and HSC-B?
A The unwind. The HSCJ-B takes one roll and runs 50–550 g/m². The HSC-B takes two, four or six, which extends the range down to 30 g/m² and cuts more webs in the same pass. If floor space is your constraint, the HSCJ-B; if light papers or volume are, the HSC-B.
-
Q Can it handle thicker board?
A The supplied PDF states that the redesigned motor-driven de-curler enables practical operation with thick board up to 500 gsm. Final suitability depends on board structure and should be tested or confirmed.
-
Q How fast does the HSCJ-B run?
A Up to 350 cuts/min, with line speed capped at 300 m/min. Which limit you reach depends on cutting length: below about 857 mm the cut rate is the ceiling, above it the line speed is. Light papers in practice run below these figures, because web stability rather than drive capacity becomes the limiting factor.
-
Q What is the difference between the HSCJ-B and the HSCJ-D?
A Cutting frequency: 350 cuts/min against 400. Both are capped at 300 m/min. Everything else is identical.
-
Q Which options can be added?
A Two: The Color Code Sensor and the Dedusting Roller. The automation systems on the double rotary range are not offered on single-knife machines.
-
Q What do you need to quote an HSCJ-B?
A Paper type and basis weight, roll diameter, weight and width, how many webs you want to run, cutting length, finished width, slitting format, output target, stack requirement, power supply, factory layout and destination.
-
Q What paper range does the HSC-B handle?
A 30 to 550 g/m² with four or six unwind stands, or 50 to 550 g/m² with two. Light papers need the support of multiple webs through the cutting section. For laminated, foil-faced, heavily coated or specialty structures, send us the material details or a sample and we will confirm before quoting.

-
Q What is the difference between the HSC-B and the HSC-D?
A The body and the cutting frequency. The HSC-D uses a nodular cast iron body and reaches 400 cuts/min against the HSC-B's 350.
-
Q How many unwind stands do I need?
A Two is standard and covers 50–550 g/m². Four or six extend the range down to 30 g/m², which is what thin-paper producers need. Tell us your basis weight and output target and we will recommend the configuration.
-
Q How does the HSC-B compare with the double rotary machines?
A Accuracy and automation. The HSC-B is a single-knife machine holding ±0.3 mm; the double rotary models hold ±0.15 mm and shear the web with two rotating knives, which gives a cleaner edge. The double rotary range also accepts the full set of automation options. If your work needs tighter tolerance or continuous unmanned running, look at the HSC-S.
-
Q What is included in the standard configuration?
A Automatic tension control, servo cutting, pneumatic slitting and trimming knives, label insertion, a web guide system, a de-curler and static elimination. Your quotation shows the complete included scope.
-
Q Which options can be added to the HSC-B?
A Two: The Color Code Sensor and the Dedusting Roller. The automation systems on the double rotary range are not offered on single-knife machines.
