Q Why choose a double rotary paper sheeter?
A Two synchronized rotary blades shear the web like a pair of scissors, instead of chopping it against a fixed bed. The cutting load is lower, the edges come out clean and burr-free, and the machine holds accuracy at high speed. Sheets can go straight to the press machine without edge trimming.
-
Q Which model is best for short cutting lengths?
A The EXC. It reaches 450 cuts/min at 600 mm and 373 at 450 mm - 35% to 68% faster than the standard model across that range. Actual output depends on the paper and the machine configuration.
-
Q Can the line keep running while finished stacks are removed?
A Yes, on the HSC-SS. Non-stop delivery uses insertion plates to hold the incoming sheets while a completed stack is taken from below, and stack auto-flow carries it out of the line. Roll changes and slitting-knife changes are covered the same way.
-
Q What do you need for a quotation?
A Paper type and basis weight, roll width and diameter, finished sheet dimensions, accuracy, output target, required slitting, automation level, power supply, factory space and destination.
